CUPS AND STICKS - These are available separately, but they are often used together. They are mainly used for “Air filled” balloons. Sticks are available in a large range of colours and several different lengths. Cups (correctly used) provide a reliable seal - avoids knotting. CLIPPED RIBBONS - Clips and Curling Ribbon can be purchased separately, but are usually supplied in packs of the required colour, with ribbons pre-cut to length and with clip attached to one end. Clipped Ribbons are most commonly used with Helium filled balloons. The neck of a pre-filled balloon is simply wound twice around the clip and the rolled end lodged in the clip slot. This makes a gas tight seal - no knot is required - a great time saver and far more reliable than knotting the neck of the balloon. STICK-ON LETTERS/NUMBERS Use these with foil balloons to personalise a message. BALLOON WEIGHTS - These come in a great variety of sizes shapes and colours - they are not expensive. The most commonly used type is shown in the photo, usually wrapped in silver or gold Mylar foil. MAKE YOUR OWN ACCESSORIES - With a little imagination you can create your own accessories. a great fun project for the entire family. DON’T FORGET FISHING LINE! - A fine mono filament line (fishing line) can be used to anchor balloons at varying heights or to form an arch, when strung between two points.
