Cups (correctly used) provide a reliable seal - avoids knotting.CLIPPED RIBBONS - Clips and Curling Ribbon can be purchased separately, but are usually supplied in packs of the required colour, with ribbons pre-cut to length and with clip attached to one end. Clipped Ribbons are most commonly used with Helium filled balloons. The neck of a pre-filled balloon is simply wound twice around the clip and the rolled end lodged in the clip slot. This makes a gas tight seal - no knot is required - a great time saver and far more reliable than knotting the neck of the balloon.STICK-ON LETTERS/NUMBERSUse these with foil balloons to personalise a message.BALLOON WEIGHTS - These come in a great variety of sizes shapes and colours - they are not expensive.
